Bank of Ireland credit care customer service is diabolical.  Frozen card which I understand to protect consumers, however can only contact AI.  Spent 3 weeks and numerous hours of my time attempting to sort, payments linked to card which have been refused. Card now expired and can’t make payments but still taking interest.  Have all my business with BOI and been with them for over 35 years.  Going to move all my accounts, don’t understand how treating people like this will help them stay in business.  Eventually got to speak to real person after 3 weeks - Molly the only plus in this situation!  Still ongoing!!!!!😡😡

Bank of Ireland should be embarrassed that this is their credit card app. Constant maintenance windows during working hours, takes forever for transactions to be verified.  General all round shocking customer experience.

There appears to be a major part missing on this app. Information on app and from support suggests that an additional cardholder can download app to monitor spending. To do this you must go to Manage cards and confirm their mobile number to get a link! There is no option anywhere to enter mobile number. The facility simply is not in the app or on the website account options either. Not very impressive for a financial institution - no ability to monitor spending by additional cardholder.
