App is now making me ask security questions and every time i set up face id it just removes it for some reason

Update of exclusion for iphone 6s with its latest update of only 12.5.5 not yet qualified for required 13.0.  Oh why can’t my phone grow up to 13 iOS. I simply refuse to get a new phone that’s as big as a man hands. Somethings got to give, my iphone 6s stays.
