Often times when I need to open the app in order to check my balance I just can’t! It says I’m locked out, or that there is a technical error and that u should try again later. Sometimes I don’t even get that far… the app just crashes. Although, when I do get into the app I have no issues. It is clear and simple from then on.

I encountered a problem with the Uber payment, and the available options to address the issue are quite limited. Consequently, I am unable to proceed to the next step. There should always be an option stating, "my issue is not listed above" or "I have another issue."

In this advanced AI system, and even after involves collaboration among three companies, your banking system still lags significantly behind current technology.

We now have pending payments at the top of the screen - who asked for that! - it’s confusing and pending payments were absolutely fine where they were - stop changing the app when it is fine as it is 😠

I moved back to BOS not long ago, they were my childhood/early adulthood bank. I have been pleased with their overall service since returning to them. This latest update is not nearly as intuitive as it was and there are a number of flaws in it. More key strokes required than before update to do the same thing. For example when transferring money from one account to another. Now have to select both account from and then to where before you only had to select account money was going to. 
Often think these changes are just to keep someone in a job.
