I moved to TN from another state and my bank had no branches here. My daughter had her account with BOT so I opened an account with them. I have been very happy with their service. The on line service is great and so easy to use. I do most of my banking on line which saves me time and gasoline. Neither the website nor this app work. I can log in but that’s it. I can only see my balance. I can’t access my account data or make transactions. Every time I try to get this resolved, the branch says “Oh, you have to fill out a separate form for that”. Now, along with this, I’ve learned: BT business accounts can’t do anything at the atm except check balance; BT doesn’t allow business accounts to connect to other businesses like Venmo, PayPal, etc. and BT won’t allow me to use my debit card on out of town business trips unless I get approved by them beforehand. This isn’t a business account. They should call it a child’s account.
