This new app is horrible! Not Senior friendly!!!! Give me back my old app!!!

This app makes me want to look for a new bank. Every single month it goes down and won’t let me in to see my accounts but then when they get it back working it locks me out. No matter what I try I always have to call them and reset my password to log back in. I have tried many times to deposit a check and it will accept it then always rejects it. They tell me you have to put all these accounts on the check and I do just what they say and still rejected. I have used other bank apps that work so
Much better and do so much more. Looking for a better bank in the area.

If you try and deposit checks online it doesn’t let you upload photos and when you take a phot it crashes the app. I’m on a new iPhone 15 with little apps or photos so it’s not a phone issue and I’m using good wifi. Maybe they can fix this bug and change the check upload but untill then mobile deposit is impossible

I love the way that Bank Of The Mountains has the app set up. It is so easy to look at your most recent transactions as well as months worth of transactions. The only thing I wish is that they had a online check person to answer any questions you have because without it if you have any questions about what you’re saying, you have to call the bank. That’s the only downfall that I say to the app.
