I constantly have to delete from my Home Screen and reload. I’ve been to bank and no one seems to know why? I don’t have any issues with other banking apps - just this one! Quite an annoying inconvenience. Most other apps have face or finger recognition. I keep getting some ridiculous error message and the dumb thing won’t open, so I have to resort to the garbage webpage version to be able to do my banking. Once I type in my password, a notice appears saying I took to long. Second time, a repeated prompt. Two days ago, I got a phone replacement. The Bank on Buffalo app disappeared. I went to the App Store to download, again. Instead, the mobile app opened directly to my bank account.
