Are you ever going to fix this app? I haven’t been able to login for over two years. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-07-24* The bank is fine, the app is horrible. I am constantly having to call customer service and reset my password because the app gives errors and states my password no longer works. It’s unacceptable that none of the features work. I can’t mobile deposit, transfer funds or see anything other than a balance. Will call tomorrow and hope for a solution. Judging by the reviews, the solution may be a new bank. ### 1/5 — The worst bank app *2024-01-06* Literally the worst bank app. Doesn’t work half of the time to even log in. Interface looks like it’s from the 90s and not easy to use. When you deposit a check, you can’t see what you deposited, it doesn’t show the pictures of the check. Besides from basic function, can’t really use it for anything else. ### 1/5 — Appallingly Bad *2023-09-02* There is a separate app for personal and business accounts which seems ridiculous and is a good incentive to not have both business and personal accounts at this bank. Also, there is a separate app for Debit cards. And the functionality of the business account is so limited it is pathetic. We are going to move our account to another bank that actually knows something about my needs. ### 1/5 — Worst banking app ever *2023-05-22* On top of me having to reset my passcode every three or four days there’s no reset option on the app. There’s no statement view option it’s just a really horrible app but the people at the bank are so nice ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-04-29* App is trash, honestly the bank is trash too but as a small business owner I don’t have the time yet but will be closing my account and moving on to another bank. The amount of issues I’ve had have been unreal. For starters it took 6 months for me to even get a response to the original email I sent to get my business app set up in the first place. And even then I didn’t get a response I had to go to my local branch and complain to even get help in the first place. Then every other week it seems they have a problem validating my information. I’m over it, and I’m ready to switch banks. *update* I didn’t think it was possible but this app has gotten worse. If you need the Business app on your phone, go to another bank. ### 1/5 — Great interest rates but horrible horrible app *2023-04-01* First of all, it can take up to 2 weeks to see your accounts in the app. If there is something wrong with your account request, they do not alert you to tell you what happened. Support requires on the average 30-40minute wait. Once you are able to get in, I was not seeing my accounts. Had to wait again. Once I saw my accounts, all accounts were mis-labeled (I.e., checking, money market, cd). Waited again. Finally got through and a request was submitted for proper account labeling. Day 2 still wrong labels. You cannot make changes yourself. All other features like making payments are app place holders only. You are referred instead to call the bank…be prepared to wait again. Finally, if you are looking for a good interest rate, this is good, If you are looking for an app with ease of use, look somewhere else for now. I think CapitalOne has a great app but terrible interest rates. Chase is the same. Anyway, I would give this app a negative 10 but it won’t let me go beyond a positive 1. At least the phone support were friendly. I hope they fix this app soon because there are way many other banks that are starting to offer better rates, ### 1/5 — Wish I could tell you how it works but it won’t even let me login. *2023-03-29* After speaking with several representatives over the phone and in person. Multiple password changes. Delete and redownloads. I am still unable to even get past the login screen. I’m met with the “we can’t validate your information” error message and nobody seems to know how to fix the problem. I can’t even login to my account via a browser on my phone. I’ve been met with no actual help to my answers and to the point of closing my business account with this bank that seems to actively want to work against their customers whether it be for personal or business related inquires.
