It wants me to go into the branch. The money is coming from an online bank, and I do not have checks for it. ### 2/5 — Needs a fix *2026-08-05, version 4.0.260601* I have a personal loan through OZK. There is a feature to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY payment but it doesn’t work. If you forgot your user ID on a Friday afternoon, be prepared to not be able to access your account until Tuesday at best. Customer service can’t do anything besides send you a link that takes at least one business day to process your identity. Completely useless. It is also slow and reads like a website, not an app. You have to install a whole new app to use your bank account so none of your information is saved. The newest version of the app is like a website — it is slow, clunky and not as user friendly. The previous version had its issues, but it was pretty responsive and intuitive. They have made loading the landing page a build up. Transfers are harder to find buried down the page. This app update removed the Fast Balances option to view a balance without having to sign in! So I backed out and tried logging back in. If it’s MY password then it should be MY choice as to what it is. I’ll just call the bank everyday for a balance on my account. I’ve been considering changing banks, and this may be the final straw. I can’t access bill pay, and I can hardly understand tech support due to their accent. I have had to change my password so many times because when i log into it i just about every time get a notice something has gone wrong please call this number. I have had more issues out of this app than every app i have combined. Absolutely beyond ridiculous ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-08-04, version 4.0.260601* The Bank OZK branches are convenient, and the employees have always been helpful. Unfortunately, the app is so frustrating that it’s making me seriously consider changing banks. The app never remembers me or my password, even when I choose those options. I end up having to reset my password at least every other time I log in. Banking should be simple, but instead it’s a constant cycle of password changes. Changing banks is a hassle, but at this point, changing my password every other day is an even bigger hassle. As the previous “rater” stated, the new version is more like a website. If I wanted the website I would just create a shortcut to it. I’ve lost more money banking with them that’s actually been in my account. I’ve called to turn off my overdraft fees because In the last few months I’ve lost over 300 dollars with overdraft fees. I’ve called to ask them to turn off overdraft fees opened my account and Bank OZK took out another 70 dollars on over draft fees that should’ve never been pulled out of my account in the first place they do not believe in reimbursement for the SCAM that they are doing. It’s not showing me my accurate bank account balances. I could go on and on. This new app version is a huge downgrade. I have looked in the manual and at the screenshots on the App Store page and there is clearly an option for under services, but that option does not exist for me when I login.
