You are not just a balance in an account and you’re definitely not just a means to an end, you are worth the time to still have human contact and personal conversations with your customers, and you’re not a problem or a hassle if you want to actually hear a real voice or see a real person. It’s just simply unheard of anymore and it’s well worth giving praises where they are absolutely due!!
