My bank Windhoek app doesn’t go through what can I do is it a bad network issue or something else I’m just experiencing this today pls help

I am unable to scroll down past July when viewing previous year bank statements. 

Otherwise app is great and would be happy to improve rating but this is disruptive as I am unable to access these transactions otherwise.
