Have done hundreds of transactions on 6060 with this card previously. Today it just won’t let me authorize. Notification pops up from Bank Zero app that I should please authorize but then it just opens the app on normal screen and I can’t find the authorization. Infuriating trying to buy Christmas groceries. This app is so in user friendly. Feels like it was built in someone’s garage. And not in a cool way. **Developer response:** Please contact our WhatsApp support team on 079 221 6628 so we can assist you. ### 1/5 — Digital bank, no digital wallet! *2024-03-11* Until Bank Zero develops support for digital wallets i.e. Google pay Apple Pay etc, it has no value to me. Apps like SnapScan don’t recognise bank zero for refunds so I closed the account. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-10-20* Can’t register because SMS never arrives. Also, app support webpage link here leads to error 404. Beyond that, I’m finding that the subscription box is simply not up to the task and I think you really need to develop functionality to open a sub window to enable subscriptions to be managed with a bit more real estate. ### 4/5 — Nice idea *2023-01-19, version 1.1.14* Very nice idea. It's not weighed down by 100 years of legacy. I tried to open a business account at a traditional bank. So far the number of forms required is 10 and easily still that amount to come still. Bank Zero only needed a couple of basic documents and the whole thing took about 10 minutes of actual time Support staff (in this case Kamogelo) are friendly, fast and knowledgable. Same goes for their personal banking. ### 5/5 — Bank Zero *2023-11-05* Easy as pie! Very basic App, does the job. Easy online application and FICA process. Excellent customer service behind the App! Small Bank with great attitude.
