After my third tier verification was successfully done…I didn’t see no option of GBP nor EUR or USD account creation option…so far bank 78 has been a false..don’t bother downloading..I’m deleting my own app soon.ill give you 1 to zero star.

Why is Bill payment not working, why tf? You need to fix this as quick as possible

Don’t use the referral code @DRLUCAS, they promised 2k to the first 1thousand people that uses the referral code and I tried it as soon he posted it, not for the Money but to know how real it is.  to my greatest surprise it’s fake promo.  If the promo is fake then the bank system might not be trusted!!!!!

The referral campaign for @DRLUCAS was genuine, but it was limited to the very first 1,000 people who completed the sign-up. Because it was promoted widely across the country on social media, all the slots were filled within a matter of minutes, faster than most people could react. We have verified that all 1,000 rewards have been successfully paid out.

They will lock your account if you mistakenly enter a wrong pin.
Then their customer service will never respond I mean ever!
And their customer care number will never go through!
They will frustrate your life, don’t ever think of downloading the app or using the bank because they act like scammers!

I couldn’t even use the funds credited in my Bill payment,then why is it there if I can’t use my bonus in my referral wallet
You really needed to fix this up
It’s going to 4months now since the using of referral bonus for bill payment not available
