You can’t expect businesses to be able to run efficiently with this terrible app. You have had quite some time now to fix the issues and improve it. It’s clear you aren’t interested in doing that. The other very frustrating thing is the mobile deposit app has been failing to recognize my stamp that worked every time on the last app and yes it says “for mobile deposit only”. As a business owner I don’t want to have to spend my entire day clicking on all my transactions to see where they are coming from. The old app had descriptions of each transaction on the main page. Please bring back this feature. Also I do not see a place where I can access my statements in the app, and that is a must. I know it’s new, so maybe these things are coming.
