Trying to enroll and I put everything in correctly and it doesn’t work it says there’s a problem and I should contact customer support.. that’s bull I shouldn’t have to go through this much just to see my balance and put my checks into the bank without going to person

The app constantly kicks u out even when u have face log in. Even will tell you your password is wrong when your phone had it saved .

Also, no ability to transfer funds from an outside account. So to make a payment of $1,200 I had to write two paper checks. Lame.

I have had the most awesome experiences at this bank from day one. The staff has a “can do” perspective which is unusual in today’s business world of retail banking.  I will continue banking here and recommend the bank & branch to everyone!

Love love love this bank I have been with them for 8 years now only issue is that there is something always wrong with the mobile app log in

I use it daily. I deposit checks frequently which saves a lot of time. I really like knowing that I can disable any of my family’s debit cards instantly if they loose it. Being able to manage all of my bills is Great too.
