I’ve tried enrolling my account more than 10 times, and it keeps saying, “Unable to process account enrollment.” I’ve double-checked all my information, and everything is correct, but the app still won’t let me register. A banking app should make things easier, not waste customers’ time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it’s preventing users from accessing their accounts. Ridiculous. Changed my password and suddenly the app just quits every time I log in. Then my profile has basic info which doesn’t even have my address. So if I need to make an online purchase I have to first verify with BOC what my address on file is. ### 1/5 — Worst Banking App *2026-04-29, version 5.9.0* The OTP is so annoying to deal with. Other banking app does not require OTP to log in. It is very annoying to deal with. The OTP also has delay. If you failed to input on time, the app will not allow you to log in and require you to call customer service. So far, BOC mobile app is the worst banking app I have ever used. If not only due to my payroll, I will never use this bank ever again.
