Be aware!!! ### 1/5 — Useless app with no logic *2024-11-04* DO NOT INSTALL THIS. They keep asking for the same information over and over. It takes them weeks to respond to your query and ask to send the same documents again and again. However, the company required to pay a 450€ application review fee. Even tho they do not guarantee that the account will be opened and the fee is not refundable. Now BNK was bought by SpectroCoin some time ago. And they are the same people. When the exchange charges a 90% fee, to me this is extortionate or theft! Avoid this exchange, I had no choice but to give it 1 star! I have screenshots and the exchange fees and the customer service chat response when I reached out thinking it was a mistake. PS no mistake 90% was the fee take it or leave it! Moving it off the exchange to another wallet is really as expensive, 10% chargers!
