Be aware!!! ### 1/5 — Useless app with no logic *2024-11-04* DO NOT INSTALL THIS. They keep asking for the same information over and over. It takes them weeks to respond to your query and ask to send the same documents again and again. Trust the rating guys, stay away ### 1/5 — Dinero congelado *2024-06-04* Hola espero me puedan ayudar llevo esperando más de 15 días una transferencia sepa y aún no se refleja en mi cuenta me puse en contacto con soporte y no Medan solución ### 1/5 — Unexceptional fees *2024-04-03, version 3.3.3* Tried to open a business account. However, the company required to pay a 450€ application review fee. Even tho they do not guarantee that the account will be opened and the fee is not refundable. It's 2024, and paying fees to open a crypto/bank account is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Save Your Time! Go To Others! *2024-02-27* Save your time, and go to other apps! Sent requested documents for verification, and rejected for no reason. Customer service just kept on asking you to send another documents, and could not even specify what’s not correct! I told them my document was exactly what they asked, then, the reject reason came to ‘regarding our internal policies’! If you asked what’s internal policy, reply was ‘we are unable to share the details….’ ### 1/5 — They blocked my account and hold my money *2024-02-21, version 3.3.2* Not happy at all, they block my account and just took my money with no reason. The payment department don’t answer to my emails… Is half year now and I didn’t get my money from them… I have 4.5 K and they don’t send it to my other account ### 1/5 — Scam! *2024-02-02, version 3.3.0* I have €1,190.00 of BNK coin I tried to swap them for another coin and was only offered $88 worth! Now BNK was bought by SpectroCoin some time ago. And they are the same people. When the exchange charges a 90% fee, to me this is extortionate or theft! Avoid this exchange, I had no choice but to give it 1 star! I have screenshots and the exchange fees and the customer service chat response when I reached out thinking it was a mistake. PS no mistake 90% was the fee take it or leave it! Moving it off the exchange to another wallet is really as expensive, 10% chargers!
