I appreciate being able to log in via fingerprint. The only issue I’ve had is that it can be difficult to discern, sometimes, what the true balance of the accounts are due to the way certain payments have delayed processing times. You’d think everything would basically be real-time with electronic management. BF needs to hit the reset button and start over with completely new mobile deposit software. Either the picture is to dark/bright, the deposit is in review, the app freezing up in the middle of a mobile deposit, etc. etc. etc. While y’all are at it and rewriting this software, please add a feature that shows the picture of the check on the monthly statements or at least allow a memo section to describe who the check is from, you know, to make things easier for reconciliation purposes.... ### 1/5 — Slow *2022-05-02, version 2021.11.0.49* This bank is slow at depositing funds and I don’t understand why the new owners have done away with deposit slips. Makes no sense. I’d give Trafers and Farmers 5 stars but Bank First doesn’t deserve any, in my opinion. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement! *2020-12-09, version 6.5.2.42* I guess The app kinda works , but the current balance and available balance are not correct when anything is pending. It needs a real time balance that includes whatever pending is deducted . It’s misleading ! So still not knowing the true balance can cause issues (yes I can do math but that defeats the purpose of having an app to keep up with it ) Also the fact you can’t do transfers on the app is a major inconvenience! I want T&F back !!!! ### 2/5 — New customer do not like the app *2022-04-07, version 2021.11.0.49* I am a new customer and I really do not like the BankFirst app. My main complaint is that the overdraft protection shows in the balance total. It is very confusing. ( I have heard other customers complaining about this as well while in line at the bank) The other banks I have been with do not include the overdraft protection at all. I also wish I could see a break down for deposits made. Other banks I have been with also had the ability to lock and unlock my debit card for security. ### 3/5 — Keep me posted *2023-03-17* You need to go ahead and post the pending transactions right after a purchase. ### 3/5 — needs improvement *2014-12-15, version 4.3.0.0* Had to retake and retake the pictures. App claims check too far away from the camera, even though the pictures looked perfectly fine. I then moved the camera soooo close that the check image filled the ENTIRE screen. Then one has to hold the "take a picture" button for a few seconds. That seems odd considering how the camera normally works. I was using my iPad to take the photos.
