I’ve attempted 3 times to enter the deposits & all 3 times I was unsuccessful attempts because it times out on me. The image that is taken cannot be scaled and even though the camera is zoomed in, it captures an image zoomed out. Where do I begin? At least 25% of my deposits are rejected. Transactions repeatedly disappear at some point when they transition from pending to completed. One has to do the math in one’s head and remember all the pending transactions. And a simple transfer of funds from one account to another should be immediate - but often takes more than a day. It’s the same bank, for crying out loud. After multiple trips to the bank and multiple phone calls (kid screaming in the background on the calls) over a week, I was told it would be “sometime next week” before access would be granted remotely, with quite a bit of attitude. I filled out all necessary information and it was declined. When I called to ask why I was told I needed to write for mobile deposit only. This information was already on the check and I initiated it. Three of the bills that I pay can’t be paid electronically. So the bank sends a check and wow!! The amount of time it takes it to reach the my creditors is unrealistic at best.
