I love that the mobile app is easy to use! 
I also love the people at the Fairhaven Branch, very personable, and knowledgeable.

Overall the app is fantastic but lately been receiving notifications of blogs that are completely irrelevant to my banking needs. Only way to clear them is to “read” the blog.

A few years ago this app was great. Lately they’ve added features that have just seemed to break the app. The “message” notifications work somedays and other days I have to click the notification 2-3 times to get it to clear. Same with the “Insights and News” notifications. Some days the app opens right away some days it crashed 2-5 times before actually opening.
