The app is extremely poor in terms of appearance let alone Face ID feature being unchecked all by itself from time to time. Also the area which you should touch to go to the log in page needs some revision.

لتصميم الحالي كارثي، ولا يمكن بأي شكل اعتباره مقبول، بل لا يصلح حتى أن يكون مجرد تدريب لمبتدئين.
واضح جدًا أنه لم يتم النظر أو المقارنة بتصاميم التطبيقات البنكية الأخرى، والنتيجة كانت تجربة مستخدم سيئة تنفّر أي شخص من استخدام التطبيق.
بهذا الشكل أنتم تقدمون مستوى لا يليق بكم إطلاقًا، ويضر بسمعة الجهة نفسها.
التغيير الجذري للتصميم أصبح ضرورة ملحة، وليس مجرد اقتراح

بصراحه عندكم موظفين خدمه عملاء عن طريق الهاتف مبيفهموش اي حاجه طوال المكالمه مقدرتش أستفيد اي جديد ولا حليت المشكله اللي عندي واضطريت اتصل تاني مره بعد أسبوع يمكن حد يقدر يحل المشكله وللأسف انتظرت علي الخط ساعه رغم اني بتصل علي الرقم المخصص للعملاء اللي خارج مصر ولا حياه لمن تنادي وفي الاخر الخط فصل
