I’ve lost count of the number of times where I had to offload and delete the app, it just never works and I’m tired of having to call them with the same issues. The sad thing is that I have been very active the whole month doing above 10K steps almost everyday and basically missed out on all the rewards. Looking at the reviews, it’s clear that the active rewards feature is not in a condition to can be consumed by end users, they should just hide/disable it until they get it right. ### 2/5 — App keeps crashing *2025-06-12, version 2025.05.20* The app has been crashing as soon as you get authenticated. Every time I log in and try view my progress there is an error message which says "Unable to load Active Rewards". Even though the watch and the other app is connected then when you call Bankmed they tell you to delete and install the app for refresh. The app is user friendly but the refresh part is a setback. Please sort out the sync wit IOS. The watch sync is updates doesn’t update the recent activities. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2024-11-09, version 2024.10.20* We cannot be paying so much money and have such an underwhelming app. Why do I need to type in my password with every interaction of the app and not have an Apple Face ID added as a quick secure way to open the app? The “activate rewards” feature is such a scam. I have a Garmin watch linked yet it is still inactive. I try to activate the feature and every time it crashes. This is so poor and bad for a medical aid provider deemed luxurious but they cannot get the app right. If you copy Discovery on everything, why not let their developers do justice on this app too? ### 1/5 — Worst Bank Ever and Worst App *2024-10-09, version 2024.09.20* Nothing ever works on this asap. You have to ininstall and reinstall for your points to reflect correctly if they reflect at all. It does not download digital cards and now my miles are going to waste because I cannot download the vouchers. Can’t even upload a picture to download a digital card. One huge problem I have with the App it does not pair well with IOS devices. I linked my health app with the active rewards and it constantly gets unpaired. Why can’t you enable the iwatch to be paired with the active rewards like all the other smart watches?
