And no one will fix this issue . It’s frustrating not to see my transactions and what I last bought or paid for especially on busy days running errands and paying bills . ### 1/5 — Only works half the time *2023-10-01* At least a few times a week the app will not log into my account for days at a time. They do not protect your assets if there is fraud. I lost $400 and neither Zelle nor Bank MidWest did anything about it. They just said your money is gone and you won’t get it back. ### 1/5 — Dreadful App! *2022-03-04, version 5.0.1.233* NBH for some weird reason chooses to stay behind the times. Their app is so outdated, it doesn’t support push notifications; meaning the only way you can know if transactions are done on your account(s) is to either sign in to the app and see or have thousands of emails sent to you. The app will too frequently have issues allowing you to sign in even when you’re typing your information in correctly. This so often results in me having to keep changing my login credentials for nothing and then I still get the same results. It’s getting to the point where there’s no need for this app, just go directly to their website and check things out. ### 2/5 — Update of information *2022-01-18, version 5.0.1.233* I have changed my personal information with the bank but app will not update new information.
