Then you wait and wait and wait. Also, look forward to zero support from the company regarding this. I had an issue, emailed the company, and never heard back. Also, the app will randomly clear your password and require you to manually sign in. It’s just annoying. **Developer response:** We apologize that you keep getting an error code. Can you please call our Client Services team at 800.867.2265 so they can help troubleshoot? We will also be submitting this to the developers. ### 1/5 — Baaaadddd App *2020-08-04, version 4.6.3.939* Been a customer OVER 10 years and this app is not good. Have reported over a dozen issues just in the last 3 years.... NO one ever gets back to me AND I consider myself Lucky if the issues gets fixed after reporting it twice...... IF I have the time to do so. Errors included- a wrong amount on deposits even with a Correct amount when entered— NO notice sent confirming deposits— NO confirmation number for tracking on deposits—No way to check what was Deposited— If I didn’t want the hassle of moving accounts, stopping automatic drafts, unlinking card pmts and ALL the other crap of changing banks I would be gone... also my ATM cards won’t work... after getting them changed x3 time now.... Will be deleting ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Transactions *2024-06-30* I have used this app for many years , now my transactions don’t appear right away , it takes days now , I can’t see what I paid or what the last transaction was for days on end . And no one will fix this issue . It’s frustrating not to see my transactions and what I last bought or paid for especially on busy days running errands and paying bills . ### 1/5 — Only works half the time *2023-10-01* At least a few times a week the app will not log into my account for days at a time. It’s telling me to use a phone number to connect to their app and i’m using my number but it says my number is already in use. This app is literal garbage. They do not protect your assets if there is fraud. I lost $400 and neither Zelle nor Bank MidWest did anything about it. They just said your money is gone and you won’t get it back. ### 1/5 — Dreadful App! *2022-03-04, version 5.0.1.233* NBH for some weird reason chooses to stay behind the times. Their app is so outdated, it doesn’t support push notifications; meaning the only way you can know if transactions are done on your account(s) is to either sign in to the app and see or have thousands of emails sent to you. The app will too frequently have issues allowing you to sign in even when you’re typing your information in correctly. This so often results in me having to keep changing my login credentials for nothing and then I still get the same results. It’s getting to the point where there’s no need for this app, just go directly to their website and check things out. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-06-28, version 5.0.0.1345* I can never log in it just gives me an error 0014 and won’t take me to the login screen ### 1/5 — IPhone app *2021-05-13, version 5.0.0.1345* Added app to phone and was able to view all accounts. Logged out and tried to re-enter and app didn’t recognize user name and password. Was locked out and had to delete app and chg password on my computer. This is my second time reviewing this app. I’m here again because I received an email saying this app will be updated today. Well guess what? still no update and still trash. Even if it does crash, I simply reopen and use without fail. People have to under things will crash, need updates, timeout, lag etc every one in awhile. Have patience and be grateful.
