The accounts have different association numbers as one is business. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone to gain assistance. Fix this ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-02-10, version 11.4.1.1* Cannot use Face ID. And I use 32 character minimums for passwords. You try remembering that every time. It fails to authenticate every single time I launch the app. I have to close and relaunch minimum 5 times to get through. Which is a pain. My card limit cannot be raised. It denies rent for 1500$ and does not show up on their system anywhere. Nobody has been able to figure it out. And support don’t give me your generic please call this number. I did that. And jumped through hoops for hours with no resolution. I’ve already had the bad taste. I tell it to remember me, but it doesn’t. Keeps asking me about my parents. There’s no way to see what was entered at the log-in, so a minor typo goes undetected until the end. Do that three times and you’re locked out. My wife and i are new customers. We moved allour banking to BN but we giving serious thought to going through the hassle of moving our banking to a different bank. We dread wrestling with the digital banking software. Since May of 2020, I have been nothing but impressed with their services, hours of operations and accessibility. Sincere thanks to everyone in their branches.
