This app needs to have purchase details. You will be alerted for transactions but you can’t see any charges or merchants information at all. You can only set up notifications and suspend card when needed.

I would love to try this app, but I cannot get past enrollment. After I tap “Continue” the button just spins and spins and spins. I waited for over 3 minutes and after nothing happened I closed the app. I reopened the app and tried to login to see if enrollment may have worked anyway. But now I’m seeing a message saying I can’t login because my email is unverified. However I was never given a chance to verify it and there’s no button to resend any sort of verification. This is a very poor experience.

I'm not getting any text alerts like I did on the old app. Please fix this. I've had my identity stolen in the past and I've always loved that I could monitor all activity.

It’s an ok app but unfortunately, it works when it gets ready. Sometimes, it doesn’t load properly. Also, it kicks you out of Face ID when it wants, Especially when you are about to purchase something while standing in line. Embarrassing!! Fix it!!!

It’s a useful app. It alerts me each time I unlock/lock & make purchases with my card. There are quite a few instances, a lot more than I’d like, where it refuses to open. “Sorry we can’t accommodate your request.” It prompts me to close & reopen the app with longer loading times (even connected to wifi (500gbs Fiber)). At that point, it mostly works, but there have been more instances where it’ll keep giving the error.

Needs to notify at time of transaction, not @ 11:00pm or 3:00am when the transaction took place 24 to 96 hours before. You need to be able to see on this app the transactions that were denied or paid. Thanks, keep working on this app. I should be able to see what was purchased and time and amount.
