I started with another popular bank , and hated so many things on how they did things . Lost cards took forever to get replaced , the hours , the customer service, ect . When I decided to switch to BankPlus was prob one of the best money decisions I have ever made. Better hours , everything is almost instantly, very easy to locate wherever I am in the state , the customer service is wonderful.
