It just sits there at the home screen. This should have been a one time process. That being said, when I was attempting to explore fortuitous options regarding my life savings (specifically my employer contributions,) The local staff was ignorant of the available offerings. Despite the “boilerplate printouts” that defined my option to control an owner-directed IRA, I learned, that “this was not a product they provided.” After I left in search of better options, a Glacier Bank representative called me and offered interest bearing options for my employer matched contributions. The One Big Happy Little Bank proved to be one nugget of a big chicken. I have been consistently pleased with my interactions with the local staff, in terms of friendliness and professionalism.
