Not simple, more difficult. The app is pretty much turn of the century technology with little flexibility and very few (if any) options to manage your money. Basic functionality is missing which is completely unacceptable. Some of the many issues are: Account details eg bsb and account number not readily viewable, having to go into sub menus. No notification of many transactions eg being paid via payID Need to call them in order to set up card and Apple Pay in wallet The app itself has a low frame rate/poor performance For the life of me I cannot find where you can set payment limits And the biggest sin, no dark mode Come on guys, this is ridiculous. I’m sure there are many other issues I haven’t had the joy of discovering yet. The logo is pixelated, the graphics are terrible and there way too many steps to do basic things and I still can’t find my BSB details. The most annoying thing though, is that finding your account number (not member number) is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! It used to be easy as it was at top of each sub-account with the member number but now it’s not.
