But when I click on certain aspects of it, I’m taken to what can only be described as a computer screen/print out, circa 1980’s!! Which then flits in and out of the app… without actually achieving anything! Aesthetically, it's pants. Usability-wise, woeful. Somehow the rudimentary pitiful previous app attempt eclipses this. I fail to fathom how this ever passed quality control. It’s just shocking the UI is so bad it’s horrendous to look at the UX is also so poor you can’t find anything, even basic info like opening times and overall the app doesn’t actually do a lot anyway. The best feature is the how full option, assuming you can find it. It looks like it was cobbled together by a junior backend dev. It’s a lot of buttons that do nothing. The only thing I use it for now is club occupancy and other than that, I go to the website. I cancelled before a price increase under clause 7.1.3 of Bannatyne’s own contract — which allows this specifically — yet they still demanded another month’s payment under the general notice rule. They failed to recognise that the specific cancellation clause overrides the general one, and even threatened debt collection while I disputed it. I paid under protest just to avoid credit issues. This isn’t how contracts or fair treatment should work. I’ve reported the issue to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards so others don’t face the same problem. ### 1/5 — Unable to log in or make account *2025-10-19, version 109.3* Tried a few times now, there only seems to be an option to login and nothing about creating an account.
