Okay so I know its not
My phone as I have the latest model and everything else works perfectly. And I used my correct log in multiple times and it claims its wrong or “can’t log in now”. Also to even do that I had to delete the main banner bank app because it kept trying to make me log in there and then no proceed to do anything on this app. Weird. Would be nice if you could fix this so we can actually use the features.

It says it’s sending a security code to my email but I have not received anything after trying multiple times. Since it’s the weekend I won’t be able to contact customer service until monday and will not be able to then.

I logged in for the first time… Entered my card information… And had an error message pop up that my email address did not match.  I hadn’t even entered my email address so…. I noticed a reviewer report this identical problem one year ago.  I have a feeling you are going to respond by providing your customer service number as you have with all of the other negative reviews.  I do look forward to my short term fix and hope that Banner Bank’s app developers manage to come up with a long term solution.

I can’t even log in/sign up.

You can log into the app but after typing the information in to add a cards, it says your email does not match our system, which is obviously a bug.

Often when I try to open it, it just spins and won’t open. Then I have to delete the app and re-download it. I’ve had to do this over and over again for months. Please figure out how to fix this.

They updated something and now I can’t even open it… there’s no “forgot password” no way to figure out how to get it back open, customer service says redownload the app, but nothing… it was fine! Now it’s crap

With banner bank I never got 1 fee. Never. I was under several times. Every time I call they find a way to help. This bank is heavenly.

I’m a truck driver so I got from 2k a wk to being under by a few Hundo basically weekly. Idk how this bank makes money. Probably not off the working class. Who else is stoked about this bank? 

Also after banner I hate ... us bank. Wells Fargo. Bank of America big f you to those banks they are remembered in my credit score I owe them hundreds because at each bank my account was over drafted by a few bucks and the leech’s raked it up to hundreds. In case of the us bank. Thousands.
