Banner Bank makes their remote deposit app easy for 2 reasons. The app is simple, easy and quick to use. Banner Bank policies allow for prompt customer notification for all steps and easier, quicker access to funds. Uninstalling, etc, doesn't help. Keep waiting for an app update. All other apps, citibank, chase, etc open instantly. Banner says no one else has complained about this. I use the Bill pay app feature to schedule all bills as invoices arrive. The exception is small, infrequent yard service bills where they are paid as the service is rendered. One thing that I with could change is the Calendar feature. I have not found a quick way to reach it & must go thru the Bill Pay Window to reach it. It’d be great if it were located in the Pull down menu on the left hand side.
