No deja actualizar la contraseña van Dos meses dice que use la app pero da error al querer retrablecer la contraseña no envía el link al email para cambiar la contraseña solo da diferente error esté banco va de mal en empeor..

Me gustaría sugerir una mejora en la función de bloqueo de la tarjeta temporal. Actualmente, el sistema solo permite bloquear la tarjeta de crédito por un período de 24 horas. Considero que sería más práctico y seguro que los clientes pudieran bloquear y desbloquear su tarjeta temporalmente en cualquier momento, según sus necesidades, directamente desde la aplicación.

Esta opción brindaría mayor control sobre la seguridad de la tarjeta de crédito y una mejor experiencia para los usuarios. Gracias por tomar en cuenta esta sugerencia.

The Banreservas App that used to be my favorite bank App has become extremely unreliable. It constantly crashes, and even after the latest update (about 3 weeks ago), critical features have stopped working. Face ID no longer allows login, and the app doesn’t even accept its own authentication token.

For a banking app, this is unacceptable. What should be a secure and seamless experience has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process. This urgently needs fixing.

Está entidad bancaria en vez de ser la mejor, es la más corrupta. Cuando haces una transferencia internacional te aguantan los fondos ya sabiendo la procedencia y legalidad de dichos. Ahora bien, si eres un bregador y le moja la mano a la gerencia ahy no tienes problemas, pero si eres un apersona honrada y trabajadora, mantente lejos. Te la ponen en china buscando la forma de quedarce con los fondos.
