I use the Banterra on a regular basis. I don’t live local to Banterra anymore but it is still my primary bank and the app helps me continue banking with them.

App works great, everything is displayed nicely. Seems real intuitive and never any issues with mobile deposits which is most of my bank activity. Their customer service is top notch!!

I think the app works great overall. The only changes I would like to see, is any pending deposits, and for my check to hit earlier than 5:30am.

I can’t figure out how to add accounts at other banks to transfer funds. Their transfer function seems to be tied to a debit card. Why can’t I set up ACH transfer with my other bank accounts?

I’ve only been using this app for a few days because I’m new to Banterra. So far it’s been perfect and I don’t have any complaints. Very easy to navigate and user friendly.

I can’t get into my bank account because there’s a bug when I have to have a code sent to my phone to log on. I can’t look at my money or purchase anything until it’s fixed. Please hurry and fix the app.

The app is just non stop showing the Banterra symbol then showing updating please wait then back to Banterra then updating please wait and keeps flashing the same thing. It needs fixed so I can see the balance
