The only changes I would like to see, is any pending deposits, and for my check to hit earlier than 5:30am. ### 4/5 — App is messing up/ fixed *2024-10-24, version 25.6.0* The app is just non stop showing the Banterra symbol then showing updating please wait then back to Banterra then updating please wait and keeps flashing the same thing. It needs fixed so I can see the balance I’ll give it 4 because the problem has been fixed and the app has a lot more info than my other banking apps ### 2/5 — Glitching *2024-10-17, version 25.6.0* App ran latest update and will no longer open..it simply flashes/glitches between downloading 100% complete and the main name page ### 2/5 — Since update it won’t open *2024-10-16* Since the newest update my app won’t open. Keeps blinking off and on saying update 100% and blinks off. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It did not help. I even shut my phone off and on still no success. This is very frustrating as I use the app quite a bit! Please fix this!!!!! If it wouldn’t be for this it would be a 5 star for me. I loved it before! ### 2/5 — Capturing pics is THE WORST *2023-05-22, version 23.18.1* Basic app for mobile banking. Does what it should be and except for capturing pics of the front and back of checks. It is THE WORST. Other banking apps make it a simple process. Not this one. Ready, aim…..then the app takes about 3 minutes and still doesn’t take the pic. After manually taking each pic you are lucky if you don’t receive some kind of error message regarding the check you are trying to deposit. Do better Banterra! ### 2/5 — Old app *2022-06-11, version 15.1.2* In the MANAGE DEVICES section of the settings, I should be able to edit existing devices (including deleting a device). I can’t. This is important because somehow there has been a number THAT I HAVEN’T PUT DOWN for a Chinese restaurant in Norridge, IL as my business number. Please fix that. Also, I have to re-enter all my information every time and call Banterra to have my identity verified. This app definitely needs some work. Their transfer function seems to be tied to a debit card.
