## What is Banto?

Banto is the operations app for short-stay hospitality - vacation rentals, guesthouses and small inns - and for the teams that keep them running.

From the moment a booking lands to the moment the next guest walks in, Banto holds the whole turnover on one thread: who is arriving today, what they asked for, what the team has to prepare, and what still needs a person.

GUESTS
• Today's arrivals, in-house guests and departures on a single board
• See who still needs you: an unanswered message, an incomplete check-in, an unconfirmed payment
• Follow each stay from welcome message to details submitted, door code sent, arrival and checkout
• Requests picked up from the conversation - pickup, baby cot, extra futon, BBQ - so the team prepares the right things

TASKS
• "My Day" gives each person their work for the day
• Step-by-step checklists for checkout cleans, pre-flight checks and deep cleans
• Before and after photos on every task
• Live status, so managers see what is done and what is next
• Keeps working where the signal does not - updates sync when you are back online

BOOKINGS
• Reservations sync from Hostfully, Beds24, Guesty, Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Smoobu, Lodgify and Hospitable
• A calendar of check-ins and check-outs across every property
• Cleaning is scheduled from the reservation, so no turnover is missed

GUEST COMMUNICATION
• Online check-in collects guest details, arrival time and requests before the stay
• Guest replies come back into Banto whichever channel they arrived on, including bookings that carry no messaging at all
• AI drafts an answer from your own house knowledge, grounded in facts you approved

TEAM
• Assign work to people or teams, per property
• Shifts, and attendance clocked from the phone
• Chat rooms per property or topic, with Japanese and English translation built in
• Roles that fit an inn: owner, manager, leader, staff

FIELD REPORTS
• Damage reports with photo evidence, filed from the property
• Maintenance requests with priority and category
• Lost and found with return tracking
• Daily logs, supply requests and linen orders

• A web admin for properties, rules, staffing and reporting

Banto fits properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com through a supported PMS, and direct bookings just the same.

Guests: a new board for the day's arrivals, in-house guests and departures - and for who still needs a person.

• Tap a guest for the whole picture: the stay journey, online check-in status, payment, their requests, and the cleaning work linked to the reservation
• Record a checkout the guest skipped, or undo one logged by mistake
• Search reaches every current and upcoming booking, not only the day on screen
• Field updates made offline are held for retry instead of being dropped after repeated failures
