You can’t add payment  just a white page. 
Store said it’s been like that.... and the store can’t find your account so you can’t use the rewards. It’s a big waste of time.

Everything works great until you try to add a payment option. Restarted twice with no difference. Makes the app useless unfortunately!

Wish this worked! Love this place but the app always crashes when i need to add my card info. it either freezes or just stays blank. please fix!

The last couple of time we have used the app to order, the food is cooked quickly but a series of Uber drivers accept then cancel the pickup such that the food doesn’t arrive for almost 2 hours and by that time it is cold and inedible. Maybe it’s because the app doesn’t let you add a tip for the driver to the order? I dunno but we’re done using the app for this place and just order from elsewhere.

This app was so easy to use to place an order! I loved that every menu item had a photo which helped with deciding what to order. The best part is the rewards you get for using and ordering through the app! Just for downloading and making an account you get 500 pts which is enough to get 3 baos! If you like to get rewarded for eating like me, you’ll love this app!

I haven’t had any issues ordering while using the app. It makes it really easy to pick the location, pick the menu items, and schedule a pickup. Plus the first time using it, they give you a credit! How awesome is that?

The Bao’d Up app and rewards program is so easy to use! You can order directly through the app and earn points with every order. Points may be redeemed for select menu items. Bonus: receive 500 points upon downloading the app and creating an account.

This app was easy to use and the functionality was superb. It was really easy to find a location closest to me, browse through the menu and set up a pick-up time and date! And the food was SO good too!
