## What is Baojai?

BaoJai is a wellness and meditation app that combines video journaling with
  real-time biometric feedback — helping you understand how your mind and body
  respond to your practice.

  RECORD & SHARE YOUR PRACTICE
  Capture meditation sessions as videos and share them with a supportive
  community. Follow creators, like and comment on videos, and build your
  personal wellness library.

  REAL-TIME WELLNESS METRICS
  During each recording, BaoJai uses your device's front camera to measure:
  • Heart rate (BPM)
  • Respiration rate
  • Stress level
  • Overall wellness status

  This technique — called remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) — analyzes subtle
  changes in facial skin color caused by blood flow. No biometric data is
  stored beyond the computed metrics. Raw video frames are never saved as
  identifiers.
