Thank you for bringing back and improving international shipping! No more warehouse management - can submit the order for a free quote, see the different shipping options/costs and pay once satisfied. Also appreciate the new live chat support!

I have used this app for 7years but lately it seems to be full of problems. Payments from wechat are not going through. The advertised prices are more expensive when you try and buy them and the advertised products differ from what is expected. What hasn’t changed is your great service when I contact you but it is getting tiring with all the mistakes. It seems to me you are penalising (besides always being more expensive) or maybe even trying to get rid of your international buyers

I visit China every now and then and find Baopals a good replacement to my US online shopping service. It’s so easy to use and it’s especially useful if you are not fluent in Chinese yet because you can choose English as your default language.

Baopals is so so useful if you live in China and cannot manage taobao (like me). The customer service is awesome too. Huge fan. The app is great!

I have no way of even getting my foot in the door with TaoBao with how restrictive Chinese apps are getting. This allows me to quickly and easily purchase gifts for my Chinese girlfriend without worrying about all the logistics and privacy violation of dealing with TaoBao

Pros: everything is in English so you can use it abroad or as a foreigner in mainland China; it’s pretty easy to use and pay/track items; the customer service is the best: they get back straight away and solve any problem. Really impressed with them. 
Cons: sometimes the app crashes or doesn’t work and you have to reinstall it.
