I only get a message about the app. You can’t leave the message, close it or anything. This app does not work and is useless!

I hav the app installed on my iPad Pro running the current Versailles of iPad OS and the app does not render information in any useful way.
Clicking on the link for app support links to the home page of Baptist Health with no point of contact for any technical problem with this application.
Summary: It does not work and I have no way other than this to report it.

As an employee, this APP is most helpful to get a full range of what is currently going on at the workplace so I can get up to date. If I happen to miss an email about an important event, I go to the APP and I can get informed. I love the pictures and videos!
