This is the only thing that I don’t like about Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Other than this it’s a great bank. I have talked to the local bank in Randolph and they said they do not have a solution. With that it’ll say I have more or less money than I actually do. Still with all of that if I try to make a purchase while it’s like this I can’t buy anything and it adds up to my daily swipes so know I can’t buy anything regardless. It’s currently 11:14 at night and of course I can’t call or talk with anyone. Hiding the routing /ABA number is also unhelpful. Because I was unable to use the phone number that is used on my account despite having an account password that I could verbalize to a customer service representative. The AI on the customer service line was unhelpful and made me regret choosing for harbour bank, and trust as my primary Bank frankly should this issue not be addressed I would consider moving my business elsewhere in the area in which this bank operates many folks would get upset, frustrated and be unable to use the customer service line having an option to be able to directly connect to a customer service representative or to negate ai would be an optimal choice for customer retention this shows a lack of care, empathy, and brains on the part of the company for integrating AI as it is environmentally terrible, and also terrible for the jobs of their employees as well as the experience of their company. ### 1/5 — Not Everyone has a modern Mobile Phone *2025-11-25, version 3.17.0* I totally dissatisfied that they would not have their app work with all phones. If I want to consider buying a new phone then it would probably not be a problem. But not everyone wants to do the latest phone. Plus I have issues transferring money from one bank to another.
