Especially with the prices of stocks. Absolutely make u go crazy to see annoying differences in the live stock prices and make you wonder what’s happening to your portfolio. ### 2/5 — Sanal *2026-06-10* I have been using this app for a while. Deposit and withdrawal seems trustworthy. Compared to IBKR the UI is a bit better. However the major issue is that the app is quite glitchy, especially when it comes to daily rates/percentages and of stocks. It’s quite funny to see that the same stocks show different day percentages in various places of the app. The portfolio says one thing, while the watchlist shows another. Every time I contact customer care, they say the rates are from a third party. To be fair they should fix this as a priority. It is the robin hood of the middle east in terms of UX/UI. I just wish you could day trade without having to have $30,000 in your account. Baraka please allow day trading! ### 2/5 — Need improvement *2025-09-29, version 2.35.0* When you need to get stock info, most of the information not showing and app keeps trying to fetch the data with no success ### 1/5 — تطبيق فاشل *2025-09-08, version 2.34.0* دخلت 500 ريال 2023 حطيتها بعقار خصمو 25دولا من الاستثمار قلت معليش بعدها عدا 3سنين وزياده ب3دولار !! طيب باخد فلوسي! وسحبو تحويل المبلغ لحستبي 25دولار برضوا وفوقها مبلغ فوق 70 ناقص حقت ايش ارسلهم ليا شهر يقلولي نحن لاناخد رسوم اضافيه الا ٢٥ دولار راجعي البنك راجعت البنك مااخد ارسلهم ايميل يردون ذا ولي سهر اكلمهم ويسوفون فيا معاملة SWIFT من الوسيط وتقديمها لك، حتى تتمكن من مشاركتها مع مكفابه سهم العقار ناقص تنقصو كمان! تخيلو يعني 500 حطيتها 2023 2025 اخدها 230😀 بدال ماتزيد اكلوها برسوم تحويل ووالاستثمار الناقص وكمان مبلغ اخدوه وماني عارفه عنه شي . ### 1/5 — Worst customer service ever *2025-08-30* Inconsistent stock screening showing it is sharia complied in some places and not complied in other places of the app. Also I the app MISLEADS you to subscribe to premium plus (it does see start 30 days free trial and when you press it it directs you to premium plus page which does not have a free trial) ### 1/5 — Referral issue *2025-08-24, version 2.33.0* The referral scheme is a scam even though we have used 100$ to trade the first investment. It was reflected as 9.98$ and then the referral bonus was denied stating that it was an automated system.
