You have to pay money to get any content, really not worth it.

The whole point of this app, as is mentioned in the title of the app, is the offline maps. Annoying this is offered as an in-app purchase. It may as well be a non-free app. 

Probably a good app if you have data, although if I had data I wouldn't be downloading an "offline maps" app.
