### 1/5 — App won’t sign in and froze the one time it did

I can’t use this thing. Simply does nothing at the home screen when I put my Apple passcode in. The single time I was able to get into the app, it froze on a screen and never worked again.

We've recently fixed an issue where the app would not run on certain devices with specific versions is IOS. 
If your device falls into this category, updating the app should resolve the problem.
Let's try to resolve this issue together.

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can solve many problems. Hold down the power button, then slide to power off. Turn it back on and try the app again.

Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version of the app. Open the App Store, go to the Updates tab, and see if there's an update available for the app.

Reinstall the App: Delete the app and reinstall it. Press and hold the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the 'x' to delete it. Go back to the App Store, search for the app, and reinstall it.

Check for iOS Updates: Make sure your iOS is up to date. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

어쩔땐 3세트까지 잘 되다가 어쩔때는 1세트 중간에 끊어지고...
오히려 보조기구인 이 제품에 신경쓰느라고 운동이 더 힘드네요.

이런 제품이 생겼다는게 너무 좋습니다. 사용도 편리하고 올해 산 것중에 제일 마음에 들어요 빨리 퇴근해서 상체 조지고 싶네요
