## What is BarBeam?

BarBeam is the scheduling and team app for bars and restaurants.

SCHEDULE
See your shifts by week, find who is working with you, and get a reminder before you start. Managers build the week in bulk, copy last week forward, keep drafts private, and publish when it is ready.

SHIFT PICKUPS
Can't make a shift? Put it up. Coworkers who can cover it are notified, and anyone can add money on top to help get it covered. Managers approve the swap, and every shift keeps a history of who had it and when it changed hands.

TIME OFF
Ask for a day or a whole block of time off. Your General Manager approves it, and schedulers get a warning before assigning you a shift you are off for.

TEAM CHAT
A chat for everyone, one for each job, and one for every night you work. Reply, react and read announcements from management.

DOOR COUNTER
Count guests in and out with fast plus and minus buttons, set your bar's capacity, and get an alert when you are nearly full. Managers can explore any moment of the night and see how many were in the bar.

YOU CHOOSE YOUR NOTIFICATIONS
Turn shift reminders, pickups, announcements and more on or off in your profile.
