## What is BarberFlow Manager?

BarberFlow is a simple management app for barbershops. The owner creates staff accounts; barbers log their completed services, product sales, payment method and tips. Everyone sees clear daily reports and progress.

FOR THE OWNER
• Create barbers and give them a login and password
• Activate or deactivate staff
• Manage a price list of services and products
• See total revenue: cash, card, Booksy Pay and tips
• Per-barber reports with their share of the total
• Statistics with progress vs the previous day, week or month
• Add records on behalf of a barber, including backdated entries

FOR THE BARBER
• Log a completed service in seconds (pick from the price list)
• Register a product sale
• Choose payment method and add tips
