Only onions and peppers are available as grilled in the current version. It keeps prompting me to select 1 or 2 options even though I have selected the salsa. No (reasonable) combination of salsas or amounts of salsas bypasses this glitch. I order lunch for my office fairly regularly and it’s about $150 each time; now I only can get 100 points for those transactions? So you give half the rewards that you were giving and you put a maximum on the points that can be earned in a transaction. I’m an Athens native and always have preferred Barbs but I think I’ll change to Moe’s for my company meals. ### 1/5 — Location bug *2023-10-29* The app will not show the offers emailed to me and only shows 5 locations 80 miles away. ### 2/5 — More Options *2026-01-01* I’ve seen several other reviews asking for the return of the “special notes” section and more options for grilling vegetables. My local store told me to call after I placed the order to give my special instructions but this is creating more work for your employees and customers. You should also remove all reviews where customers are giving praise to their local Barberitos maybe then you’d get a more accurate rating of your App. ### 2/5 — Customer Service needs MUCH work *2025-05-17* Food was ok but needs much work on customer service!!! No greeting, no smiles, did not seem to want to serve customers!!! It only lets you add 3 toppings to what you are ordering. You should be able to order it the way you want just like you do in the restaurant! It comes up as a DoorDash order, and the driver is told they’re getting no tip. ### 3/5 — Frustrating *2024-01-05* Would be nice to let users of the old app know there is a new one so they don’t try to frantically download it while waiting in line to order. I can’t create an account because the app requires your birthday, but when I try to spin the wheels, they keep reverting to today’s date.
