Every time I place an order, it initially tells me that it can’t reach the server, but will keep trying. We would probably order from this restaurant more often but we really dislike using the app. When I order, I’m not given the option to choose the location and several times it has almost placed an order several states away. When I finally was able to choose the location I wanted, it did not save my order and I had to redo it entirely. (This has happened multiple times) It also does not keep a record of my past orders. Where you at? *2020-06-26, version 1.2.1* Ordered a (normal-size) steak burrito with lettuce, cheese, black beans, rice, salsa, corn salsa, onion, bell pepper and chipotle ranch. Got home, cut burrito in half (already suspicious because burrito is SO small 🤔). Contains literally just steak, rice, lettuce, and cheese. The kids’ burrito I also ordered is literally bigger 😑 won’t be ordering via this app again. Trying to do our part to socially distance and support businesses in the current climate, but this was 100% a disincentive. Have been ordering via chipotle app over the past few weeks, have not had this issue (and was less expensive); will be giving them our business going forward. ### 1/5 — Call to Order Instead *2020-05-25, version 1.2.1* This app does not work for me at all. The three Barberitos in my town don’t show up.
