Super frustrating, boring and a waste of time - I’d rather put my name on a whiteboard and wait. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-12-21, version 1.4.0* Terrible app sings me out every time I open it, barbers are horrific I asked for a quiff, got a fringe this franchise cannot be trusted and should be dissolved ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-10-23, version 1.3.0* This apps a joke, almost never works ### 1/5 — Was good….. *2023-08-14, version 1.2.2* Was good once. Joined the queue and went straight in. Second time round joined the queue and meant nothing. Probably more a management thing then an app thing. Would suggest having a display screen that syncs with the queue so when you walk in you enter into the queue manually you can see where you are. Then if you join via the app you have your spot locked in and everyone knows what’s going on. ### 1/5 — Good in theory but makes zero difference *2023-08-06, version 1.2.2* I’ve twice used this app, booked in, let them know I was on my way, only to arrive and get told that other people had turned up and so the wait time was over an hour. The place is great, but this app only makes me more annoyed with them, not less. ### 1/5 — Estimates are all over the place *2023-07-16, version 1.2.2* Queue estimates change, and barbers are confused about who should go next. At busy sites this app seems to cause more harm than good for customers. ### 1/5 — Disappointing App *2023-03-29, version 1.2.1* This was my favourite place to get a haircut. The app said no-one in the que, but 90 mins before closing said I couldn’t join the que due to closing time. I actually drove to barber and only 2 people in shop but somehow 4 on que ahead so no chop today. This DOESNT WORK for me . need to find a new barber, or an app that works. ### 1/5 — Good idea, badly executed *2023-03-18, version 1.2.1* Joining the queue and reducing the in-store wait time is a great idea, except you do all of that just to end up waiting 45 minutes in store anyway. With my eldest, I can load a gift card to him account and send him off to our local to get his hair sorted.
