But when i try to login to my rewards, it just says account already exists and nothing happens. I cannot login ### 1/5 — Food is good app is dog piss *2025-09-03, version 1.0.4* Hi so I’ve used this app about twice now and it’s set up was not thought out at all it was poorly made without thinking about the customer at all. I can’t log out if I’ve logged in, I can’t delete my account, I have to put in both my phone and email. The app features are slow to kick and they also do not work. They just wanted to hop on the band Wagwan of using rewards to lure you in but they don’t work. DO BETTER. I’m highly upset that u can’t become a student when I already have an account. Compared to subway or mc Donald’s this app is absolutely taking the piss. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2024-09-10* Reward points are slow to be uploaded… if they get loaded up at all. I looked into the app weeks later after no reply via customer services (which is non existent it seems) to no avail. They are currently and have been conning me for way too long. I claimed my side just yesterday but I think that’s me done with once my favoured eatery for lunch! Beware of this reward scheme and beware of the all year round spookily poor and underwhelming customer service from there guys.
